Is the Jian Pilates app free?
Yes, the app is free to download. You pay for the classes or packs you buy in it.
Which phones does it work on?
The Jian Pilates app is available for iPhone on the App Store and for Android on Google Play.
Do I have to use the app to book?
The app is the easiest way to book. Your first private class is arranged on WhatsApp so we can match you with an instructor.
Can I share a class pack?
Group packs of 10 or 20 classes can be shared by 2 people, and packs of 30 by 3 people. Duet packs are for two people sharing each session.
What happens if I cannot make a class?
Cancel at least 24 hours before class starts to get your class back.
